Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active 369bet account at any time. Bets are final once confirmed. 369bet reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were published in error; the event was abandoned or could not be completed under normal conditions; or evidence of match-fixing or irregular market movement is identified.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at 369bet's discretion.
• Winnings from void bets are returned as a stake refund to the Member's account balance.
• 369bet's settlement decisions on sporting outcomes are final and not subject to appeal outside the formal dispute process.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are written in English and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. Any dispute between a Member and 369bet that cannot be resolved informally through the customer support channel ([email protected]) will be subject to binding arbitration. 369bet's decisions on account matters — including but not limited to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final pending formal dispute review.
